September 27th is World Tourism Day, 

and this year, TIES is pleased to partner with our members in Kenya to support and promote a local event commemorating this day, and the World Tourism Day theme for 2011 "Tourism Linking Cultures". World Tourism Day offers an opportunity to celebrate cultural diversity and tourism's role in advancing tolerance, respect and mutual understanding.
